By creating an account or using the DOPE app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App is an informational tool

The App provides estimated ballistics solutions for lawful target shooting, hunting, and education. Its output is not a guarantee of results. You must independently verify your zero and corrections with live fire. See our Safety & Accuracy Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

3. DOPE Pro subscriptions

DOPE is free to use with one loadout and the sight-picture view. DOPE Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited loadouts, the full firing solution with turret clicks, the range card, environmental corrections, and the zeroing aid.

• Length and price: DOPE Pro Monthly renews every month at $3.99 (US), and DOPE Pro Yearly renews every year at $24.99 (US). Prices in other regions are set by the App Store and shown before you purchase.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple through your purchase history, not to us.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the App to facilitate any illegal activity.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App. You assume all risk associated with firearm use and with any reliance on the App's output.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
