DOPE ("the App") is an informational ballistics reference tool. The firing solutions, holdovers, turret corrections, reticle views, and zeroing suggestions it produces are estimates generated from a mathematical model and the data you enter. They are not guarantees of where a projectile will strike.

Always verify with live fire

No calculator can account for every variable — your specific barrel, ammunition lot, chronographed velocity, sight setup, atmospheric conditions, and shooting position all affect the real result. Always confirm your zero and your come-ups with live fire on a known-distance range before relying on any output from this App, and re-verify when conditions or equipment change.
